I found a new silence- That didnt come from the outside
It was the secrets in my chest-
no longer wanting to hide
Many intense things have happened to me, but I have glossed them over so I can be free.

Now I am here same place feeling the memories

What am I? Why am I here?
Questions have me spinning my gears
It's important to know how do I feel
So I can stay true to what is real.
A wound re-opened shook me to my core
All of a sudden my memory felt sore
A floodgate of emotion like a tsunami

I have to let go and slow down
so I can make my own sound
I have to feel okay without knowing why even if it makes me cry
I have to relax and rest
Even if it is my biggest test
I have to focus on ongoing chores
So I can stay focused without remorse

They say silence is golden right?
We have to spark up the courage to make ourselves light
The real work is in solitude
And how we carry our attitudes
To focus on our inner most work
Is a deeper discovery than identifying as a clerk
Our true purpose

Happy Earth Day and New Moon!
I give thanks for earth our home. May all beings co-habitate on earth with peace. May the air, water, dirt, and fire be pure and protected. I love these sacred elements and my connection to them.

The vision we hold will take time
What really matters deep inside?
What has been suppressed and trying to hide?

Eventually everything will come to an end
So I see the beauty inside the truth
I forgive the actions that hurt me in my youth
Importance of faith rings a bell
Remembering that emotions come from stories we tell

If you looked inside you would not ever see the shore
Conciousness is alive with the thoughts of humanity
When we are all in slumber how we will ever be set free?

Looking back on my gypsy soul
Receiving the benefits of seeds I sow
A funny mind with lots of beliefs
I have to change to not repeat
Ability to bounce back at any given time
I find strength when I write this rhyme
Memories are vapor like they almos

These are the times I have to decide what is real
A foundation helps the healing reveal
I am a master at the circus I'm in
Every experience has an end!
I try to balance from discipline to free
But nothing happens unless I am happy
Sometimes I wait fo

Presence lives here in my chest
My heart is beating- I am blessed!
My eyes set are set on new roads
Letting go of long lost codes
A peaceful surrender to what is to be
